Design Review request to construct the Kairos Public Charter School on an 11-acre site located between Sunflower Street and Carroll Way, south of the Brighton Landing neighborhood park. The proposed site plan includes an administration building (5,138 sq. ft.), independent study building (11,199 sq. ft.), a multipurpose building (13,705 sq. ft.), five classroom buildings (4,226 sq. ft. each), with various multi-purpose fields and play areas, and 199 parking stalls. The school shall provide services for transitional kindergarten through eighth grade education. In addition, the school shall include an Independent Study Program with a proposed enrollment of 200 students. The project will be constructed in multiple phases, with Phase 1 consisting of the Independent Study Program building.
