The proposed project includes a Major Modification to the Montessa Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide a 39.79 acre site located on 1222 California Drive, and adjacent to Keating Park. The proposed Tentative Subdivision Map Modification would reduce the minimum lot width from 65 ft. to 60 ft. for the purpose of adding three (3) more lots to the subdivision, increasing the number of lots from 58 lots to 61 lots.
