The City of Vacaville has received a request by Lewis Land Developers, LLC to develop 242 market-rate duplexes on a 18.14-acre site located at the southeast corner of Vaca Valley Parkway and Allison Parkway (APNs 0133-014-020 and 0133-580-010). The Project would include 121 two-story duplexes at a maximum height of 29 feet, and 5 one-story common buildings, including a community clubhouse amenity with a pool and fitness center, in a gated community with privately-owned and maintained streets. The Project would include five different plan types and 572 parking spaces, an exterior trail loop system for future residents, open space/park amenities, a tot lot, and a dog park.
