The City of Vacaville has received a Design Review request to construct an 89,100 sq. ft. addition to the existing All Weather Architectural Aluminum facility located at 777 Aldridge Road. The existing operations include receiving glass and aluminum bars, storing the materials, and manufacturing the materials to make windows and doors, and packaging and shipping the finished product. The addition will allow primary operations to move from the adjacent building at 909 Aldridge to the proposed addition area which includes 20,000 sq. ft. for a new storage and retrieval system and 2,000 sq. ft. for offices and restrooms.
