Habitat for Humanity is requesting a Conditional Use Permit, Design Review, and Tentative Map for a 10-parcel residential subdivision and to construct ten (10) duet units on a 1.07-acre site located on the northeast corner of East Monte Vista Avenue and Scoggins Court. The duet plans consist of one two-story plan with a floor area of 1,554 sq. ft. The homes will be sold to households earning at or less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The site plan includes two driveways providing access from Scoggins Court and East Monte Vista Avenue. Each duet unit will include one covered and one uncovered parking space with eleven street parking spaces. Exterior building materials consist of horizontal lap and board and batten siding, with wood post and rail details, and composite shingle roofing, and the architectural theme is a Farmhouse style.
