Design Review request to modify the exterior and interior of an existing 5,080 sq. ft. banquet hall located at 600 Orange Drive. The exterior changes include a new outdoor area with landscaping that will be enclosed by a new 8 ft. masonry wall consisting of concrete panels and stone columns. The interior changes include the addition of approximately 1,670 sq. ft. for a large storage room, new accessible restrooms, and an expanded covered entry area. The exterior materials of the addition will match the existing building design.
