Design Review request to construct a new 14,500 sq. ft. commercial center on a vacant 4.21-acre site located at the southwest corner of Midway Road and Interstate 505. The commercial center includes four single-story buildings consisting of a 4,700 sq. ft. service station and convenience store, a 4,900 sq. ft. building for vehicle repair/maintenance, a 3,000 sq. ft. drive-through restaurant, and a 1,900 sq. ft. drive-through restaurant. The site plan includes 90 parking spaces, a detention basin, a wetland preservation area, and perimeter landscaping with access provided on Midway Road and a private driveway to the west. The maximum building height is 27’-10”.
