Conditional Use Permit and Design Review requests to construct a 950 square feet Dutch Bros. drive-thru facility and an approximately 4,987 square feet multi-tenant building at 1251 Alamo Drive. The proposed plans for Dutch Bros. include: (1) a walk-up and drive-thru window; (2) queue lane for up to 34 vehicles; and (3) a designated escape lane to maintain vehicle movement in the drive-thru area. In addition, the multi-tenant building proposes to provide five tenant spaces, 59 parking stalls onsite, and the removal of two trees.
