Development Agreement and Conditional Use requests to establish a temporary construction and materials yard on a vacant 41.2-acre site located east of Interstate 80 and north of Weber Road, within the Northeast Growth Area. The project proposal is to create six (6) storage yard areas ranging in size from 5 acres to 13.28 acres with individual retention ponds for managing stormwater drainage. Proposed on-site improvements include a 3-foot berm along Interstate 80 and 5-foot perimeter fencing consisting of chain-link material with 80% privacy slats. Primary access to the site would be provided on Weber Road.
