The project proposal is a modification request to construct a hydrogen (H2) fueling station to the initially approved site plan for the existing Chevron station located at 299 Orange Drive. The hydrogen fueling station comprises a new electrical service, an H2 storage and compression compound, an H2 offload panel, and three (3) hydrogen dispensers. The H2 compound will be enclosed by a combination of concrete masonry block wall and louvered fencing of 12 feet in height. The new enclosed areas (hydrogen storage and equipment) would cover approximately 2,041 square feet, and the station modules have a max height of 22’ 11” at the top of the vents.
