The project proposal is to construct a 22-unit multi-family duet project on a vacant 1.46-acre site located along Butcher Road, east of Interstate 80. The project would provide 51 on-site parking spaces with two driveways on Butcher Road. Floor plans consist of three-bedroom units with approximately 1,800 sq. ft. each.
