Design Review request to construct a 1,541 sq. ft. financial bank with an 830 sq. ft. drive up canopy for personal deposit/withdrawal and merge the two parcels on the property into one 1.64-acre parcel. The exterior materials consist of a combination of masonry veneer, horizontal metal paneling, and cement plaster. The proposed roofing material consists of a metal roof. On-site improvements will include a new drive approach from the Nut Tree Road with a second point of access from an existing parking lot to the west, on-site lighting, utility connections, and landscape/irrigation.
