New development application for the Fields at Alamo Creek, which consists of a request to annex a 33.6-acre site located south of Hawkins Road and Katleba Lane (APN 0138-010-040) into Vacaville city limits for the purpose of creating 223 lots for single-family detached residential development. The eastern boundary of the project site abuts an approximately 200 ft. wide PG&E easement for two major transmission lines consisting of 230kV and 500kV power lines. The proposed project would not conduct any improvements within these easements. The project site is located within the Vacaville Sphere of Influence but is designated as a Long-Term Annexation Area in the Vacaville Municipal Service Review for Comprehensive Sphere of Influence, which was updated on May 8, 2017. Long-Term areas are territories that will be served in the next 5 to 20 years.
