Design Review and Tentative Parcel Map request to construct a new 70,514 sq. ft. warehouse & wholesale retail facility with additional parking, walkways and landscaping and to subdivide the property into two parcels. Lot 1 includes the existing building and has a size of 3.12 acres and lot 2 includes the new warehouse and has a size of 4.11 acres. The existing building on the property is to remain unchanged. The new warehouse facility has a contemporary style with vertical and horizontal siding with an 8ft. high concrete base. The building will be a pre-engineered steel structure with very low-pitched roofs & short parapet walls and tall ceiling heights inside averaging 26’-5” clear height; typical max. height at top of parapets is 30’-0”.
