Design Review request to construct a new 4,969 sq. ft. single-family residence on a 6.98 acre parcel of land located on Gibson Canyon Road. The floor plan includes 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and a three-car garage. In addition, the proposed house includes an attached accessory dwelling unit. Exterior materials consist of stucco siding with stone veneer. Pursuant to Section 15303(a) (New Construction of Conversion of Small Structures) of the California Environmental Quality Act, the project is categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA. No further environmental review is required.
