The project proposal is to construct an approximately 2,500 sq. ft. drive-through restaurant and renovate an existing 7,953 sq. ft. commercial building located in the Fairmont Square at 521 Peabody Road. The project would remove an existing 100 sq. ft. photo kiosk, 16 parking spaces, and an existing driveway located on Peabody Road. The new site plan would provide 82 parking spaces, two new trash enclosures, monument signage with perimeter landscaping, with the drive-through lane fronting along Peabody Road. The existing commercial building would be divided into four retail spaces with new exterior materials. Exterior materials consist of primarily stucco siding with foam pop-outs. Primary access would be provided by other existing driveways on Peabody Road and Marshall Road. Figure 1 below shows the project location.
