Design Review request to perform site improvements on a 1.3-acre parcel located on Quinn Road, and establish a parking lot for household and recreational vehicles. The improvements include a 6-foot decorative fence with perimeter landscaping to screen the parking lot from the street. The parking lot would provide one primary entrance and one emergency vehicle access. There will be no buildings and no employees on site as the parking lot would be accessed through a card key system. The project proposes installing a sewer dump station for use by the tenants.
Pursuant to Section 15311 (Accessory Structures) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the project is categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA. No further environmental review is required.
