The project proposal is to introduce six new house plans for Village 7 and 8 in the Brighton Landing subdivision, located south of Elmira Road between Sunflower Street and Tulip Street. The houses plans would be divided between two villages:
- Village 7 consists of 64 lots for single-family residential development. Three house plans would be constructed in this Village consisting of one single-story model and two two-story models ranging in floor area from 1,959 sq. ft. to 2,603 sq. ft. The applicant is not requesting any exceptions for this Village.
- Village 8 consists of 80 lots for single-family residential development. Three house plans would be constructed in this Village consisting of two single-story models and one two-story model ranging in floor area from 2,216 sq. ft. to 2,743 sq. ft. The applicant is requesting exceptions to development standards for lot coverage and side yard setbacks.
