Design Review request to construct a warehouse project on the east side of Eubanks Drive and Chancellor Court. The project includes merging parcels 0106-230-770 & -780 to create one parcel, merging parcel 0106-260-850 & - 860 to create a second parcel for the 15.4 acre site. The applicant is proposing the constructions of two 124,500 sq. ft. warehouse buildings, 249 parking stalls, 94 truck spaces and 3 driveways on Eubanks Drive. The proposed buildings will be constructed with tilt-up concrete wall panels, a flush aluminum storefront with a metal canopy. The site is located in the IP (Industrial Park) zoning district, and is within Area III of the Interchange Policy Plan.
