Rezoning, Tenative Map, Reaffirmation of Southtown EIR, Planned Development [application include fees credits per Director]
The application request it to rezone 2 parcels (1.6 acres and 1.48 acres; totally 3.09 acres) in Southtown on Cogburn Circle from High Density Residential to Medium Density Residnetail so the lots can be subdivided into a total of 36 single family lots. The application includes design review of house pland with multiple requests to development standards through the planned devleopment. The project is a decrease in the density assumptions of the original ST EIR and therefore findings can be support to reaffirm the EIR with no new information.

At the May 10, 2016 City Council hearing, Council chose to take no action on the project and instead provided a list of revisions they require in a new submittal and then return to Council for a new hearing.
August 15, 2016, new project submittals were provided to staff for circulation and review with the applicant's response to the revisions directed by Council. Additionally, the project site and applicants changed as Agape withdrew their property proposal of Potters Place.
