Conditional Use Permit request to construct a new City Well facility on a vacant 0.7-acre parcel located at 201 Snowy Owl Drive. The new facility includes an approximately 1,400 sq. ft. single-story building, an 8 ft. tall by 27 ft. long cylinder filter, with an 8 ft. tall tubular steel fence around the perimeter of the site. Primary access is provided on Snowy Owl Drive with a second driveway on Alamo Drive. Pursuant to Sections 15332, Class 32 (Infill Development Project) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the project is categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
